I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Russ for a number of years now.

At the end of my 2010 season I needed to get ready for the international games, I had 3 weeks before camp so I reached out to Russ to see if he could help.

Firstly, I was blown away by how welcoming he was to me training in his facility.

Secondly, his knowledge on training. He was professional, organised, his sessions were detailed and had purpose but most of all I could tell he really cared about helping me and was passionate about what he did, which I was really grateful for. Since then I have always gone back to him during off-season to train, his knowledge and attitude to his work really helped me and I look forward to meeting up with him to be put through my paces.
