Cliff reached out as he started to feel like a bit of a failure (his own words) after letting himself go, becoming overweight and getting into a negative mindset.
I first met Russ in 2007 during his time as a Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Wigan Warriors Academy.
Before starting online coaching with Russ I had been that classic yo-yo dieter for a few years, gradually adding more and more weight until hitting 18 and a half stone.
Sarah had previously been very fit having run marathons and done triathlons however she fell into bad routines with food and lost motivation.
James got in touch, and we initially planned a 12 week coaching block, however his newborn baby decided to come a little earlier than expected!! So we only had 8.5 weeks.
As a married mum to two young kids and teacher, Clare had put herself last for too long and didn’t feel in a great place.
I first worked with Russ at the end of my 2010 season. I needed to get ready for the international games, I had 3 weeks before camp so I reached out to Russ to see if he could help.
George has previously completed triathlons (including a full Iron Man in 2019) however with running his own business had lost focus on his own training.
